CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

IS AN ITEM IN STOCK?

If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 24 hours with an estimated time of arrival. Some items will take a bit longer to ship than others.

WHAT SIZE COLLAR SHOULD I GET FOR MY DOG?

Collars are measured in inches. Measure the circumference of your dog’s neck. E.g. 10", 12", 14", etc. If your dog is in-between sizes, we suggest ordering one size up.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

In stock items are shipped within 2 to 3 days of receipt of order. We ship via standard USPS Priority Mail within the contiginous United States.

Delivery for standard USPS Priority Mail is 2 - 5 working days.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We charge shipping based on the total amount of your purchase before shipping. Rates for USPS Priority Mail within the contiginous United States are as follows:

Up to $24.99 = $5.95
$25.00 - 49.99 = $9.95
$50.00 - 99.99 = $14.95
$100.00 - 199.99 = $19.95
$200.00 - 399.99 = $24.99
$400.00 and up FREE!

* Oversize items, like beds, will be subject to a shipping surcharge.

For UPS 3 Day Select shipping, add $10.00 to the above rates.

For UPS 2 Day Air shipping, add $15.00 to the above rates.

For UPS Next Day Air shipping, add $25.00 to the above rates.

To Alaska and Hawaii, add $5.00 to each shipping level above.
