DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery for in stock items is approximately 5-8 working days. We will contact you via email if an item is out of stock with the approximate delivery time for these items.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS:

We will contact you via email within 24 hours if an item is out of stock.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns or exchanges are accepted with 30 days from the date the order is placed. We do not accept returns/exchanges on items after 30 days.

Items must be in brand new condition, and have never been used, to be eligible for return/exchange. It will be up to Dogville's discretion to evaluate items once we receive the return. We will credit your original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. Unfortunateley we cannot guarantee the durability of pet toys.

Shipping for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

$50.00 - 99.99 = $16.95
$100.00 - 199.99 = $19.95

Add $1.00 to each of the above rates for USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Add $5.00 to each of the above rates for Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS Ground Shipping: We also offer UPS Ground shipping. These rates are based on weight and the price will be automatically figured out by UPS when you checkout. UPS Ground is a fast and affordable option for delivery within 3 to 6 business days depending on location.

UPS 3-Day and 2-Day Shipping: UPS 3-day Select and 2nd Day Air shipping are also available. These options offer fast, guaranteed delivery and complete trackability from the time your order ships until it reaches your doorstep. These rates will also be based on weight and the price will be automatically calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR BEDS AND OVERSIZED ITEMS:

Large and heavy items may require an additional shipping surcharge. We will contact you immediately if your order exceeds our standard shipping rates.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING:

Certain items may ship directly from the designer and take slightly longer to arrive. If your item is being sent directly from the designer, we will let you know within 24 hours of your order.

SALES TAX:

California Residents are taxed 9%. For all other residents, there is no sales tax charged.
